Is it possible to receive a copy of the mails I send to my customers?

Yes. Octobat enables you to receive a copy of the mails that are sent to your customers. Please go to Configuration → emails → settings, click yes and save, you will then be asked on which email you wish to receive this copies, enter the specific email and save again.
